New Student Pre-Registration
NEW Student Enrollment
After completing the Online Pre-registration, please complete the full registration form accessed through Parent Portal using the directions you receive via email. A child is not considered fully enrolled for the school year until the online form has been completed and all required paperwork has been accepted by your child’s school. Complete and accurate information is important to ensure that all information provided for programs is up-to-date.
Returning Student Information Update
At the beginning of each school year, it is necessary for parents or guardians to update and verify student information for the Student Information System through the Parent Portal. Complete and accurate information is important to ensure that all information provided for programs such as the P-EBT card and access to SOL scores is up-to-date. (If your address has changed, please take documentation of the new address to your child’s school for verification.)
Out-of-Zone/Non-Resident Enrollment Requests
Parents requesting to enroll their out-of-zone or non-resident student(s) in any Martinsville City school must complete a current Out-of-Zone/Non-Resident Enrollment Request form for each student, even if their child(ren) currently attends a school in our school division.
Out-of-zone/non-resident enrollment requests received after July 1 of each school year will be prioritized as space permits.
Meal Prices
FREE
All enrolled students of Martinsville City Public Schools are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household each day of the current school year. No further action is required! Enrolled students will be eligible to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a meal application.
