Martinsville High School is providing work-based learning experiences for Students to Explore Meaningful and Impactful (SEMI) career training through internships.
Applications are due August 18.
Students will participate in an unpaid internship off-campus.* After-school jobs cannot be worked in place of an internship, and we do not recommend that students intern at their place of employment or with an immediate family member. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement; participants must go through an interview process.
Available internships include:
- IT technician with Martinsville City Schools
- Culinary intern with Martinsville City Schools
- Dentistry with Jones & Deshon Orthodontics
- Entrepreneurship with Shatera Roberts
- Real estate with Tekela Redd
Students, if you have contacted a business to complete your internship, please provide their information in the application. The business will be contacted by the school.
